The master's degree program Construction Management and Engineering (CME) is offered by the Built Environment (BE) and Industrial Engineering & Innovation Sciences (IE&IS) departments, with their distinctive research-driven and project-oriented approach to education. In this interdepartmental program urban/building sciences and management and innovation sciences are applied to develop solutions for smart urban development. In particular the CME is focused on: Energy neutral cities, Urban management and Building information management. CME graduation projects are closely related to ongoing research projects in the BE and IE&IS departments, and they are often executed in collaboration with industry partners.

When you have completed the Master's program in Construction Management and Engineering, you will be familiar with the methodical analysis and technologies of project and process management. It goes without saying that the combination of disciplines, the responsibility that you have learned to take, and the contacts with industry that this program involves are characteristics that are highly valued by potential employers.
