The purpose of Human Resource Management is to mobilize people. However, this is not a straightforward process considering the ever changing organizational environment in which contemporary HRM performs. To account for critical organizational challenges such as employee development, staffing, performance and diversity, our programme aims to help you to develop skills and competencies needed to mobilize employees in contemporary organizations. The HRM programme adopts a multidiscplinary perspective in which both micro-level processes (e.g., employee motivation and performance), meso-level processes (e.g., organizational practices), and macro-level processes (e.g., societal changes) are taken into account. We help you to obtain cutting-edge insights into contemporary HRM within the context of organizations and society.
